    我的第一堂烘焙課

    馬卡龍,之前有介紹過了,

    在網路上也很多人分享做法和材料,

    但是我一直不敢試著做,一來是我家的烤箱爛,二來是我不確定我的手法對不對,

    前陣子去烘焙坊買材料時發現他們開的課中有馬卡龍,

    分組操作教學,一堂300元~~成品可以帶回家!!

    考慮一下後就交了錢~~來去上課啦!!

     

    這次除了學馬卡龍外,還是想看看這裡的上課環境,

    如果ok,我以後應該會常常報名吧~~

    因為在家一個人做,也不知道哪有做錯,技巧對不對……

    上上課,看看老師怎麼教也不錯吧!!

     

    本來以為是個女老師,結果沒想到來的是年輕男老師,而且還滿帥的>///<

    上課也很細心,他一邊忙著做上次失敗的麵包,一邊還要回答學生的問題,

    還得不定時下來看各組做的如何!!

     

    上課族群以媽媽為最多,還有年輕小姐還有一個阿伯,還有兩個想烤丙級的學生。

    每一組大約五到六人,每個步驟大家輪流都可以操做到。

     

    大家輪流擠麵糊,第三排是我擠的哦!!

     

    烤出漂亮蕾絲裙囉!!

     

    夾上巧克力,旁邊用熟杏仁角裝飾一下!!完成囉~~~

    熟杏仁角是老師自己加的,我也沒看過外面有人這樣做~~

    聽我哥跟他朋友...也是留法廚師討論過...
    為何台灣馬卡洪不道地...
    因為不夠甜...若是不甜...就做不出那種感覺.味道...
    好久沒吃了...好想在回法國吃耶...
    101上面那間...聽說還ok耶...賣的價錢...
    至少我哥法國同學是說...在合理範圍內...^^
